Offer Details

Monthly Fee 
 999THB per named host per month (prepaid annual contract) or 1500THB per named host per month (month-to-month contract).
 A named host is any individual who may schedule and host meetings.
 Hosts can hold an unlimited number of meetings with up to 15 participants per meeting.
 One meeting per named host is allowed at any time.
 Optional toll-free audio will be billed monthly, based on usage, with the selection of either a monthly or prepaid annual plan.
Initial Term One month (month-to-month contract) or 12 months (prepaid annual contract)
Renewal Term Automatic one month (with month-to-month contract) or 12 months (with prepaid annual contract)
Meeting Capacity Up to 15 participants (includes host)

Note: We reserve the right to limit integrated toll teleconferencing/VoIP usage to 10,000 minutes per month per host at this price. This high limit is sufficient for more than 120 hours of meetings with one other person, or more than six hours of meetings at full 15-person capacity. If your usage exceeds this amount, we will contact you to discuss other available plans.

Application Sharing and Remote Control   Conduct interactive application demos or collaborate in meeting by handing control of applications to select attendees.
Desktop Sharing and Remote Control   Presenters can share their entire desktop in meeting and/or hand control of their desktop to individual attendees.
Share Any Document   Share not only PowerPoint, but multiple documents or graphics, such as Word, Excel, PDF.
Share Multiple Documents   Easily share multiple documents at the same time such as Word, Excel, PDF and more.
Rich Media Sharing   Enhance your meetings by sharing streaming multimedia allowing all attendees to see and hear video and audio files.
Record & Playback   Enables real-time recording of on-line meetings, and off-line recording of any applications. Recording can be posted on a web site for playback over the Internet.
Video   Enables video conferencing, with a simple desktop video camera. In Addition, video from a VCR, DVD player or camcorder can be streamed into the meeting.
Web Tour and Web Content Sharing   Conduct web tours and share important information stored on the web from within the meeting.
Interactivity Tools   Engage with attendees by soliciting group or individual feedback. Universal Annotation tools allow all attendees to further provide input into the meeting content.
File Transfer   Send attendees documents and files from within a meeting.
Integrated Audio Conferencing   Fully integrated audio conferencing controls within the meeting allow you to control the participation of your attendees.
