IT Support team
General Description: As part of Alkia Support team, your role is to work closely with the team leader to solve customer IT problems. You will move to the customer’s place, understand the situation, and solve it thanks to your high skills.
Work experience requirements: · Five or more years experience in IT · Experienced in customer support (like True hotline) Education Requirements · Bachelor degree or more in IT Training Preferences - Microsoft certified preferred
· Security trained · Network / routing trained Knowledge Requirements - TCP/IP (LAN, WAN, WLAN, routing, VPN)
- Windows server (2000 or 2003) with active directory
- Windows NT, 2000 & XP
